My Gift Basket did not arrive on the selected date. What do I do?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, weather and holidays can cause delays in deliveries. Please send us an email if this situation does occur, and we will try to assist. During holidays, please ensure that orders are placed at an earlier date to try to avoid delays.

Do you accept returns on food products?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products

If an item/product that is placed in the basket is out of stock, what will be done?"

In the event of a product or item being out of stock, it will be replaced with another item of the same value.
